Goto : Window Explorer (Start menu)
Search: Change user account control setting then click.
Put: second level "notify me when apps try to make changes to my computer" then hit ok
After that search: "Local security policy" Click it then click ok.
Find: "Local policies" then "Security Options"
On the right: Scroll Down and Enabled "User Account Control: Allow UIAcess application to promt for...."
After all you done "Restart Computer"
